What to do if you have a faulty product, and see what items have been recalled

WHO CAN HELP ME ? DO YOU HAVE A RECALLED PRODUCT IN YOUR HOUSE!!

While trying to resolve the problems that I encountered it has become clear to me the extent of dangerous items that are out there in peoples houses. Another fact is that the general public don't always know who to contact when faced with a faulty product.
